GITEX Global 2026 is being reimagined on a grand scale as Dubai’s flagship tech and startup extravaganza. It will be held at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City, with a preliminary GITEX Scale Summit on 7 December, followed by a four-day expo running from 8 to 11 December 2026.

This edition embraces a bold reinvention, repositioning itself not just as a trade show but as a high-impact platform where global tech powerhouses, entrepreneurs, investors, and governments converge. Organizers have emphasized fresh energy, deal-making orientation, and immersive business impact as key pillars.

One of the standout changes is the venue upgrade. GITEX Global will take place at the newly built Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City, offering 2.2 million square feet of indoor event space, seamless infrastructure, and a large parking footprint. The show will reunite elements formerly seen under Expand North Star, creating a “mega event” that blends expo, conference, community, and startup ecosystems under one roof. The event narrative also leans into “tech-cation” vibes, timing it for December in Dubai when the climate is more hospitable and visitor influx is high, combining business with experiential activations.
